I have been searching for over six months for the DVD workout for my Total Gym and found it this weekend. I started working it last night and MAN do I feel it. I am going to start doing their Pilaties and the actual workout every one, alternating them. I figure when I get writers block or something I can work out and blow off some steam.
Again I have tried to start the NaNoWriMo and havn't quiet started it yet, but it's still early this month and I can catch up.
